Skills Unlocked
Games and creativity are a big part of how I think. I’m drawn to strong ideas, meaningful systems and experiences that feel polished down to the details.
But I’m equally focused on what happens after launch: how people use the product, what changes in their behavior and what it delivers for the business.
Give me an interesting problem, a strong team and room to build — I’ll take it from there.

Portfolio / Cases & Experience
Five projects. Five levels. The boss fights that gave me the most XP.
Not my whole professional journey — just the five defining challenges that shaped my current build. Each one pushed me into new territory and left me with skills I still use today.

Level 05 · Product Ownership
A seasonal battle-pass-inspired progression system designed to increase tournament participation among professional poker players.
Product Owner
I owned the product from hypothesis to results: designed the seasonal progression and reward economy, secured stakeholder buy-in, coordinated implementation and testing, and iterated the system based on player behavior.
Product Hypothesis
Game-style meta-progression and meaningful rewards can increase tournament participation without changing the core poker experience.
Level 04 · Product Ownership
A multi-part digital ecosystem built around a Mini App, ARG quest, mini-games and chatbots to immerse players in the Atomic Heart universe.
Product Owner · Publisher Side
Acted as the main product owner on the publisher side, managing the project end-to-end: product decisions, agency production, internal teams, game studio alignment, approvals, QA and release.
Level 03 · Product Management
A three-week gamified experience built around daily missions, team play and collective goals to drive repeat participation.
Product / Producer · Publisher Side
My role expanded from project delivery into product decisions: I worked on mechanics and success criteria, coordinated stakeholders and production, managed QA and launch, and supported the activity after release through promotion and iteration.
Level 02 · Technical Project Management
Gamified VK experience where Warface players competed for their cities through social and in-game activities.
Project Manager · Publisher Side
Managed the project from approved concept to release, coordinating the external agency, internal teams, game studio, technical requirements, testing and launch.
Level 01 · Project Management Foundations
Two gamification and automation experiments that became my first end-to-end publisher-side projects.
Project Initiator / Project Manager · Publisher Side
I created both concepts from scratch, secured internal resources and led delivery across development, content production and launch. These were my first projects where I owned execution end to end.
